Why we’re asking

The address, property type, unit count and original year built establish the property’s basic history and configuration. Differences between records and the actual property can affect how spaces are classified and which sales are comparable. Flagging those differences early gives the appraiser evidence to investigate and helps avoid last-minute questions. Contact and access details help ensure every unit and building can be inspected.
